The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. A structured questionnaire will be distributed among a sample of 30 wholesalers in Sidhpur City who purchase metals trading products from Jay Ambe Steel. The questionnaire will gather data on various aspects of wholesaler satisfaction, including product quality, pricing, delivery timelines, customer service, and overall value proposition. Additionally, semi-structured interviews will be conducted with a select group of wholesalers to gain deeper insights into their experiences and perspectives.
The research findings are expected to provide valuable insights into the factors that influence wholesaler satisfaction with Jay Ambe Steel's metals trading products. By identifying key satisfaction drivers and potential areas for improvement, the research will help Jay Ambe Steel develop targeted strategies to enhance wholesaler satisfaction, strengthen customer relationships, and gain a competitive edge in the Sidhpur market.
