Employee Job Satisfaction Through the Workload and Work Environment Approach

The purpose of this study was to ascertain how the workload and work environment at Hotel X affected the job satisfaction of its employees. The method used in this research was purposive sampling with a sample of 45 samples. The analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, F-hypothesis test, and t-hypothesis test using the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results of this study show that workload and work environment simultaneously significantly affect job satisfaction. Workload partially influences and significantly affects job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by the work environment.
