Work Motivation as an Intervention Variable: the Impact of Transformational Leadership and Organizational Culture on Organizational Commitment (Case Study: Ar-Rohmah Islamic Education Foundation Malang)

This research seeks to ascertain and measure how much influence transformational leadership, organizational culture and work motivation have on organizational commitment both directly and indirectly. This research case study at YPI Ar-Rohmah with a sample size of 110 out of 150 polulations. This research case study at YPI Ar-Rohmah has a sample size of 110 out of 150 polulations. We collected data using observation techniques, questionnaires, surveys, and documentation. Then analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equetion Model) PLS variant (Partial Least Square) with the SMARPLS 4.0 application. The results show that work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by transformational leadership. Work motivation is positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture. Organizational commitment is direcly and significantly improved by transformational leadership. Organizational commitment is positively and significantly impacted by organizational culture. Organizational commitment is positively and significantly impact by work motivation. Through job motivation, transformational leadership has a major and beneficial indirect impact on organizational commitment. At YPI Ar-Rohmah, work motivation has a favorable and large indirect impact on organizational commitment due to transformational leadership and organizational culture.
