Abstract

Study This aim To know Influence Leadership Transformational and Cultural Work to Innovative Work Behavior (IWB) with Employee Experience. Study This use type of study is quantitative with a population of 146 people with a sample bored with energy Ar-Rohman Islamic Education Foundation (YPI) educator, Cibinong, Bogor. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observations, and studies References. Data analysis uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMARPLS 4.0 application. Research results show that; 1. Leadership Transformational leadership influences positively and significantly on Employee Experience, 2. Cultural work is influential positive and significant on Employee Experience, 3. Leadership influential positive and significant towards IWB, 4. Cultural work is influential positive and significant on IWB, 5. Employee Experience has an influence positive and significant towards IWB, 6. Employee Experience can mediate influence Leadership Transformational towards IWB, 7. Employee Experience can mediate influence Culture Work against IWB. Limitations study This involves size relative sample​ , constraint time charging questionnaire, and amount limited variables.​ As for recommendations namely, researchers furthermore can expand the size sample, expand the scope of time questionnaire data collection as well and expand the amount of variable study.
