This study aims to determine the influence of corruption and human development on foreign direct investment in ASEAN-4. The data used are the corruption perception index, human development index, and foreign investment inflows from 2010-2022 obtained from UNCTAD, Transparency International, and UNDP. The data were analyzed using multiple regression of panel data with a Fixed Effect Model. The results of the study show that simultaneously corruption and human development have an effect on FDI. However, partially corruption does not have a significant influence on FDI. On the contrary, human development has a positive and significant influence on FDI.
