The aim of the research to be achieved is to
analyze the influence of compensation, leadership
and job rotation on job satisfaction through the
performance of employees at Pasar Rebo Hospital.
This research is quantitative research, with a total
sampling technique, so that with a population of
120 employees, the sample size is 120 employees.
The data analysis technique uses SEM PLS
analysis using SmartPLS software. The research
results show that employee performance can be
influenced by compensation, leadership and job
rotation positively and significantly and that job
satisfaction results are also significantly
influenced by compensation, leadership and job
rotation. The indirect influence that results from
performance can significantly mediate the
influence of compensation, leadership, and job
rotation on employee satisfaction at Pasar Rebo
Regional Hospital
