The research was conducted at the Indragiri Hulu
Regency Regional Development Planning
Agency, which is one of the agencies in the
Indragiri Hulu Regency Government. The
objective was to understand the impact of
leadership style, motivation, and job satisfaction
on employee performance. The research used a
quantitative method and included 63 respondents
selected through census sampling. Data analysis
was conducted using the quantitative descriptive
method and path analysis with the IBM SPSS 21
program. The results showed that leadership
style, motivation, and job satisfaction all have an
influence on employee performance. Specifically,
leadership style, motivation, and job satisfaction
were found to have a direct impact on employee
performance
