This analysis looks at how adolescent pregnancy affects girls in Ghana's Eastern Region's Kwahu West Municipality. In addition to posing serious health hazards, such as anemia and malnutrition, teenage pregnancy can interfere with schooling and limit prospects in the future. Isolation and the breakup of family relationships can result from social stigma and discrimination from communities and families. Teenage pregnancy has many different and intricate causes. Adolescent pregnancy is common due to a lack of thorough sex education, peer pressure, poverty, and specific cultural customs. Access to contraceptives and thorough sex education are crucial in addressing this problem. Vulnerability can also be decreased by financial assistance and community involvement. In order to support teenage females and advance their well-being in the Kwahu West Municipality, a diversified strategy is required. To create focused solutions, stakeholders—including families, community leaders, and government organizations—must collaborate. In order to empower teenage girls, these interventions ought to concentrate on offering economic, medical, and educational options
