With Ecommerce booming like never and online commerce increasingly taking the place of the traditional one, consumer confidence and business success depends on trust and integrity, among others. But Ecommerce platforms’ reputation for reliability is often blemished by fraud and data breaches committed by wayward sellers. This paper focuses on the significant application for enhancing trust and integrity in Ecommerce by exploring a novel paradigm of Blockchains and AI. AI can ensure safe, customized customer experiences identifying fraud and deploying quality control, while automating the customer service flow. On the other hand, Blockchain provides a decentralized and transparent infrastructure that plays roles such as transaction and integrity maintenance, product origination verification, and secure payment systems. This hybrid identity also enables the advantages of technologies to be utilized, offering greater security, transparency, and accountability for the Ecommerce platform, leading to consumer trust. Blockchain and AI are transforming business operations as well, and despite the challenges they face, as catalysts of digital commerce their applications remain vast: so their development is a subject of vital interest for the future. The integration of AI and Blockchain can create more safe and secure Ecommerce and lead to more marketoriented results
