Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Capital and E-Commerce on the Production and Income of Micro, Small and Medium Furniture Enterprises in Jepara. The population in this study were furniture MSMEs in Jepara registered with the Ministry of Cooperatives and MSMEs in Jepara Regency with a total of 54 respondents. The data analysis methods used were descriptive statistics, validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, and t-tests. Data analysis using SPSS 20 software. The results of the study show that capital has a negative and insignificant effect on the production of furniture UMKM in Jepara; capital has a positive and insignificant effect on the income of furniture UMKM in Jepara; e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the production of furniture UMKM in Jepara; and e-commerce has a positive and significant effect on the income of furniture UMKM in Jepara.
