This study investigates Generation Z's perception of the role of technology in enhancing the ease of doing business in Ahmedabad, India. With fast technological betterments reshaping business landscapes globally, Ahmedabad is no exception. The research focuses on understanding how Gen Z entrepreneurs, employees, and students in Ahmedabad review the impact of digital tools, automation, and innovation on business processes such as communication, operations, and customer communication. Using a mixed-methods approach, combining surveys and in-depth interviews, this study seeks to explore the extent to which technological adoption has simplified business activities, improved efficiency, and created new growth opportunities. It examines potential barriers Gen Z associates with the increasing dependency on technology, including issues of accessibility, cyber security, and skill gaps. The findings aim to provide insights for policymakers and business leaders to strengthen a more technology-friendly environment that supports the ongoing workforce and the local economy
