Abstract

This study explores the concept of Tri Hita Karana from a Christian perspective within the Hindu-dominated Balinese society. Using a literature study approach, it examines the interaction between Balinese local wisdom and Christianity. The method involves analyzing literary content and theological documents to understand how the Christian community in Bali adopts the values of Tri Hita Karana. Despite doctrinal differences, the study reveals that both Balinese Hinduism and Christianity share core principles of harmony in relationships with God, others, and nature. The findings highlight that Tri Hita Karana offers a framework that can be applied in Christian life, promoting social and ecological harmony. This research contributes to interfaith dialogue, fostering respect for universal local values while encouraging inclusivity. In conclusion, Tri Hita Karana can enrich Christian practices in Bali by strengthening relationships with God, community, and the environment
