The Impact of Career Development and Work Motivation on Employee Performance

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the degree to which employee performance is impacted by career growth and job motivation. In order to ensure that every member of the population was represented, the study used a saturation sampling technique in the survey design. Multiple Regression Analysis to assess the predictive. The study highlights the strategic value of career development programs and motivational initiatives, showing that employees perform better when they perceive opportunities for personal growth and feel motivated. The research also discusses practical implications for managers, including the need for continuous feedback, structured career pathways, and motivational support to enhance employee performance
