Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational justice and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The design is descriptive quantitative, aiming to assess the extent of the relationships between these variables. The study adopts a survey design, collecting data from a population of 72 employees. Multiple Regression Analysis to assess the predictive power of organizational justice and work stress on employee job satisfaction. The results reveal a significant positive relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction, while work stress was found to have a significant negative impact. These findings highlight the importance of promoting fairness and reducing stress in the workplace to improve employee satisfaction
