Abstract

The advancement of information technology in the digital world requires people to adapt, the role of technology supports the running of community activities properly, both in the surrounding environment and the work environment and the employee attendance information system is one solution to facilitate the management of employee attendance data. The purpose of this study is to produce an information system that can be accessed by users to improve data accuracy and improve the efficiency of resource management in the Data Management Helpdesk Division of PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia North Jakarta and create a balance of the rights of each employee. The benefits of this design are to improve data accuracy, facilitate the recapitulation of attendance data and knowledge about the employee attendance system. This study uses the waterfall method which includes the stages of Requirement, design, implementation, verification, maintenance. The data collection methods used are observation, survey, discussion. The scope includes the management of attendance data, leave data, and attendance recapitulation reports. By designing an integrated system such as this attendance system, companies can benefit from managing human resources and expanding knowledge about the attendance system that has been built
