Abstract

This research analyzes the performance of 4G LTE networks at 1800 MHz and 2100 MHz frequencies using Multi-Operator Core Network (MOCN) technology in the East Padang area. The objective of the research is to evaluate network quality based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) such as RSRP, SINR, and Throughput. The method employed is a drive test to collect data. The results show that at the 1800 MHz frequency, the average RSRP reaches -82 dBm and the SINR ranges from 15 dB to 20 dB, with an average Throughput of 12,000 kbps. In contrast, at the 2100 MHz frequency, the average RSRP is -88 dBm, the SINR ranges from 10 dB to 15 dB, and the average Throughput is 9,000 kbps. This indicates that the 1800 MHz frequency performs better than the 2100 MHz frequency in terms of signal quality and data speed. This research provides insights into the effectiveness of MOCN implementation in enhancing network service quality in the East Padang area, as well as serving as a reference for future telecommunications network development
