Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on Uptd Puskesmas, Kalibunder District, Sukabumi Regency. The type of research conducted is descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were employees of Uptd Puskesmas, Kalibunder District, Sukabumi Regency and the sample used was 52 employees obtained using non-probability sampling with saturated sampling techniques. To test the research instrument using Reliability Test, Validity Test and Classical Assumption Test, then for the analysis of the influence using Spearman's rho correlation analysis, determination coefficient analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the correlation analysis of Work Discipline on Employee Performance of 0.446 or 44.6% which is included in the Medium correlation because it is in the interval 0.400-0.599, and the correlation value of the Work Environment on Employee Performance of 0.353 or 35.3% which is included in the Low correlation because it is in the interval 0.200-0.399. Based on the results of the determination coefficient analysis, the contribution of Work Discipline and Work Environment to Employee Performance is indicated by the R square value of 0.481 or 48.1% and the remaining 51.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study
