Effect of Dosage of Mashitam Organic Fertilizer and NPK Fertilizer 16.16.16 Pak Tani on the Growth and Production of Sweet Corn Plants (Zea mays var. saccharata S.) Talenta Variety. This research was carried out using an environmental design, a randomized block design (RAK) and a factorial treatment design, which consisted of two factors and three groups: Factor I: dosage of Mashitam organic fertilizer (O) with 3 levels, namely: O1: Mashitam organic fertilizer 300 Kg/Ha, O2: Mashitam organic fertilizer 400 Kg/Ha, O3: Mashitam organic fertilizer 500 Kg/Ha. Factor II: is the dose of NPK fertilizer 16.16.16 Mr. Farmer (N) which consists of 3 levels, namely: N1: NPK Fertilization 16.16.16 200 Kg/Ha, N2: NPK Fertilization 16.16.16 300 Kg/Ha, N3: Fertilization NPK 16.16.16 400 Kg/Ha. From the results of the research, it can be concluded as follows: 1). There was a very real interaction in the combination of treatment doses of Mas Hitam organic fertilizer and NPK 16.16.16 Pak Tani on the variables plant height at 21 days after planting, weight of husked cobs at 70 days after planting, sugar content (brix0) , 2).Treatment of the dosage of Mashitam organic fertilizer had a significant effect on the variable number of leaves at the age of 49 dap, 3).Treatment of the dose of NPK fertilizer 16.16.16 Pak Tani had a significant effect on the variables: plant height at the age of 35 dap, number of leaves at the age of 21 dap and had an effect very significant in the variables: plant height at 49 days after planting, number of leaves at 35 days after planting, weight of cobs without husks
